These classes are carefully designed to focus on specific energy points all through the nervous system, positive changes happen when your mind and body work together and you feel ready and open to explore possibilities. This is an opportunity to align your willpower and actions discovering tools to improve any area in your life. 

After the meditation students fill a score sheet to evaluate how they are doing in relation to a dream or a project, a plan of action is final result after the seven sessions
